Q: Do you only repair Jewelry?
A: We not only sell Jewelry, we also can custom make it to meet your
needs. We offer a wide selection in the store, but if you find something
in one of our many books, we can order it for you, size it and have it
ready for you in as little as one day! We also have a brilliant
selection of SEIKO and Citizen watches for both men and women.
Q: How much do you charge for _____?
A: Since the nature of our business requires us to physically see the
item that is in need of repair, we ask for you to bring in the broken
piece for us to evaluate and provide a quote.
Q: How quickly can I have my ring sized?
A: We are proud to say that for most sizing's we can have them done by the end of the same day. There are exceptions however, but we will tell you before you leave when you can expect the repair to be completed.
Q: What is casting?
A: Casting consists of creative designs and ideas being transformed to jewelry.
